Turkish Airlines began offering service queries over the phone in Arabic to facilitate transactions on passengers from the Middle East.
This came in a statement issued by the Media Center of the company, which reported that the opening of the call center, which will provide service for the Arab countries in the Middle East and 10 countries in North Africa ceremony, was in Amman, Jordan, in the presence of a large number of officials.
The vice president of marketing and sales department in the Turkish Airlines “Adam Ceylan,” said that the Middle East is very important area for the company, and that the number of passengers users of the company during the first quarter of this year has increased by 10% compared with the same period last year.

Arabs in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco will be able to take advantage of this service.
